And no, the E.R. doesn’t stand for Emergency Room - even
though I’ve been known to resuscitate quite a few fledgling
businesses.
I cut my cloth as an executive in private and government
sectors overseeing operations with multi-million dollar
valuations. Holding a masters degree with a project
management concentration I know a thing or 20 about
streamlining systems and engineering reusable processes.
Today, I’m better known as the “CEO Whisperer” and I serve
a tribe of BADA$$ B.A.B.E.s creating cash-flow positive
businesses. Come a little closer and let me whisper
something in your ear. A good friend told me “if the work is
too hard, you’ve got the wrong tool; if the work is still too hard,
you’ve got the wrong strategy.”
Now I don’t know where you fall in the spectrum, but if launching a product or service requires a forklift and a crane - you’ve definitely got the wrong strategy - but as of today, you don’t have to keep it.
